The Frank R. Williams Scholarship Fund will participate in Giving Tuesday on Tuesday, December 2. Giving Tuesday is a wonderful opportunity for people to transform their communities and the world around them through giving. Our fundraising goal of $4,000 will allow us to award a four-year scholarship to a deserving college-bound student. Donate here.

Never Give Up - Documentary Screening - Busboys & Poets - March 2015

 

Following a year and a half filled with much hard work, the FRW Fund Operational Board hosted a private screening of the documentary, Frank Rudolph Williams: Never Give Up, for the film's participants at Busboys and Poets Takoma on March 22, 2015. The film weaves together the true stories of individuals whose lives were touched by Frank R. Williams, who served as head basketball coach at Calvin Coolidge Senior High School in Northwest, D.C. during the 1970s and 1980s.
